Shipping & Delivery

We use a range of carriers to get your parcel to you safely and on time.

Our standard dispatch time is 1-3 working days. That means if you place an order on Monday, it will be dispatched between Tuesday and Thursday.

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. That means if your delivery is dispatched on Tuesday, it should be with you between Friday and the following Tuesday.

Weekend delivery is also available at an additional charge.

 

Privacy & Security

We use secure servers to process your order and keep your personal information safe.

SSL encryption makes sure that hackers are not able to penetrate our security. In addition to this, we do not process your payment through our site and we do not store your credit/debit card details. That means you are also protected by your bank or Paypal’s security measures.

We never share your information with third parties, except for the means of processing your order (for example, giving your address to the delivery company).

We will only send you emails or letters to fulfil your order or if you have opted in to our special offers email. You can unsubscribe to the special offers email at any time. We hate spam as much as you do, so we always try to make the email relevant to you.

 

Returns & Replacements

We adhere to UK regulations with regards to returns and replacements. That means if you would like to return something, you are welcome to based on our returns policy.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit and debit cards, or alternatively, Paypal and Amazon payments.

From time to time, we have special promotions and discounts. These may be a default discount that is applied when you purchase something, or promotions where you enter a discount code.

We reserve the right to cancel any promotions at any time.

Product Recalls

From time to time, we may need to recall products that we have sold to our customers. This could be due to a whole range of different reasons, but they are all recalled for the same reason: for the safety of our customers.

All recalls are arranged by ElectroMarket, a courier is organised to pick the item up from your delivery address free of charge and a full refund is issued. List of all product recalls.
