This case is ideal for the mobile DJ with limited space, not only will it hold a 10U piece of equipment but it will also hold a 4U piece of equipment, this could be anything such as a amp and a CD player so this makes this case ideal for the mobile/karaoke DJ as long as the equipment is 19" rack mountable it is fine. The front, back and top lid are removable making it easier to use your equipment in the case with ease.
These Flight cases are built around the 19" Rackmount standard. They have a sloping top that takes 10U of equipment and space at the front for additional gear at 4U
The Flight case is made of plywood Total thickness is 10mm. The wood is joined with aluminium extrusions on each edge, and three-dimensional aluminium fittings on each corner for a solid construction.
There are four spring-loaded handles and the TOP and the FRONT are detachable via good quality butterfly catches. These catches are complete with loops for padlocks (not included).
At the BACK is a hinged panel with a 40mm diameter hole in it. The panel is help closed with a strong catch and the hole has a plastic fitting to protect it and any cable you pass through it.
