Introducing the new 4 colour mini strobe sets from BeamZ. Each set consists of 4 different coloured lightweight, durable mini strobe lights in Red, Yellow, Blue and White. Does each light have a separate plug (so 4 power sockets needed) or are they all wired into one plug?

Each light has it's own power supply, so 4 plugs are required

can all for be linked or do they only operate induvidually

These are basic low cost strobe units so are not able to be linked. You would need to look at DMX capable units in order to have sync functions
