Can you put 2 active speakers and a laptop through this mixer ?

Yes, you can attach a laptop into one of the line inputs, and then send the signal from the 'Amp' line output to the speakers

Can you have two active speakers, a laptop and a microphone attached to the mixer

Yes, the mic goes into one of the mic inputs on the back, the laptop can go into either of the line inputs, and then you can send signal out to the active speakers from the 'Amp' output
